Booking & payment terms
By completing a booking on kitakazemyoko.com, you authorise Kitakaze Accommodations to charge your nominated credit card for the amounts outlined below.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount is charged at the time of booking.

Balance payment
The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the balance payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Refund policy
All payments, including deposits and balance payments, are non-refundable once processed. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

All website transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards only.
